Q: How do I prepare the health mix?
A: Mix 1½ tablespoons of Jeeni Millet Health Mix in 250ml of water or milk to avoid lumps. Cook on a low flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously. Serve hot. You may add a sweetener like jaggery or honey if preferred.
