How to Make Jeeni Millet Paddu:
Step 1:
Take 1 cup of Jeeni Paddu Mix. Add 1 cup of water and ½ cup of curd. Mix well to form a batter and cover with a lid. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
(Optional) Add finely chopped green chilies, onions, and coriander leaves to the batter for added flavor.
Step 3:
Heat a paddu mould and add a few drops of oil or butter into each cavity. Pour the batter into the moulds and cover with a lid.
Step 4:
Cook on both sides, flipping every 2-3 minutes. Smear additional drops of oil for a crispy texture. Once golden brown, remove and serve hot.
